TJ has been in professional practice since 1991 as a certified sports therapist and clinical rehab therapist, and works with athletes seeking to improve their performance or recover from injuries. He is educated in shiatsu, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and applied kinesiology; and studied Craniosacral Therapy, biomechanics and postural assessment.
As the co-owner and co-developer of the St. Croix Center For the Healing Arts Massage Therapy School, which was licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota, TJ practiced and taught six modalities of massage. After selling the school, he developed “Rehabilitative Massage” and teaches it as continuing education to graduates. Licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Regulations and Licensing, his license number is 1264-046.
He is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and health practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming. In his role as a certified life and trauma coach, he gives lectures and in-service trainings on PTSD in adults with disabilities and those who suffer from chronic pain syndromes such as post-traumatic hyper irritability syndrome and fibromyalgia.
For the last 10 years, TJ has been specializing in coaching and hands-on rehabilitative therapies, including postural analysis, myofascial release, structural mobilization, and scar tissue release.
